IMCD Group, a leading international company in sales, marketing and distribution of speciality chemicals and food ingredients, has been appointed as an exclusive distributor for BioAktive Specialty Products in China.

IMCD Group announces the acquisition of Italian distributor of speciality food ingredients Nutrivis srl.

The merger of the two companies, planned for May 2012, will see all employees of Milan-based Nutrivis transfer to IMCD Italia.
