Great Place to Work is an organisation that carries out surveys to evaluate the well-being of employees within a workplace environment. The aim is to promote an effective balance between the quality of professional life and the performance of the company.

This year Great Place to Work received 170 business applicants all hoping to take part in the competition, however only 62 of these were successful.

IMCD France was delighted to come in 29th place; a great achievement for its first time participation, and as one of the few industrial companies to have been a finalist.

IMCD France is now officially recognised for its dedication and ongoing efforts to ensure that its employees  feel comfortable and motivated in the workplace.

This reward is the result of numerous innovative projects conducted by the Human Resources and Communications management team.

The management team of IMCD France have warmly thanked all its staff for their continuous commitment to the development of the company as a whole.

Some of the highlights from the survey include:

• 94% of the work force believes that IMCD France is a really great place to work

• 93% are proud to announce that they work at IMCD France to their relations

• 95% of the team believes that the company is run in an honest and ethical manner.
