IMCD completes the acquisition of Alam Subur in Indonesia
ROTTERDAM, The Netherlands (18 March, 2013) – IMCD Group has completed the acquisition of PT Alam Subur Tirta Kencana, a Jakarta-based leading food ingredients distributor. All businesses of Alam Subur have been successfully integrated and all staff have transferred to PT IMCD Indonesia. Mr Eduard Utama, founder of Alam Subur, has been appointed Managing Director of IMCD Group’s newest territory.

With both warehouses and offices in Jakarta and Surabaya, IMCD Indonesia now supplies nutraceutical and cosmetic ingredients to the market and is a leading distributor for food and beverage ingredients.
