In order to further improve service to customers and market coverage, Arizona Chemical and IMCD Group B.V. have reached an agreement for IMCD Group to distribute Arizona Chemical’s refinery product lines in Western Europe. The deal is effective 1 January 2012 and will be implemented in the first quarter of 2012.
