To access the E-Commerce functions you must be an IMCD Australia Limited customer with an existing account number. Once you have registered for E-Commerce, you will receive a User Identification Name and Password and be able to place orders, check account details, invoice details, order status and retrieve SDS’ in a totally secure environment via this web site.

Note: Organisations may wish a number of staff to be able to build an order, but restrict the ability to place an order to staff who have appropriate authority (e.g. accounts department). After the initial allocation of user name/passwords, when a customer requests an online account (or requests a change of password), they will be asked to specify two passwords, the User ID Password and the order submit password. If they so choose the order build and the order submit password to be identical, it implies all staff who gain access to the password will be able to submit orders. It is suggested that all companies who run merchant services define and make public policies regarding “accidental/unwanted” orders.
