Virgin and Recycled Carbon Fibres - Description
Designed with cleaner and more consistent flow rates in mind, This chopped fibre is produced to have a high bulk density value. Commonly compounded with general engineering thermoplastics (e.g.., PC, Nylon, etc.) and high-temperature thermoplastic resins (e.g., PEEK, PEI, etc.), the resulting composite offers industry-leading high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. It also distributes easily during compounding, thereby improving process and product performance.
Milled carbon fibre is specially processed PAN (polyacrylonitrile) based fibre perfectly suitable for high-volume applications that require notable strength and/or electrostatic dissipation. All products made with this milled carbon fibre are free of any sizing's, and our unique in-house milling system ensures the utmost product quality and traceability from raw material through finished product.
