After achieving a master’s degree in chemical engineering, Selma Basille further expanded her knowledge with a post-master’s degree in Life Sciences Innovation Management & Marketing at Neoma Business School. Selma joined the Global Marketing Beauty & Personal Care team in 2020 as an intern to support the various marketing projects. In 2021, she was appointed as Global Marketing Intelligence Manager and her responsibilities include the collection, analysis and reporting of trends, market and consumer data as well as competition analysis.
