Clean & Green Meat-free Burger – Demonstration session
40 minutes session when we will be discussing about: Consumers trends in the meat analogue market and how to overcome plant based protein application challenges. Meat alternatives that meet current consumer demands and fit in a healthy diet are challenging specially to obtain the right texture, sensorial appeal and nutritional values. IMCD will also be demonstrating our concept for a delicious vegan clean label burger.

Protein Enrichment: Nutritional, Functional and Delicious – Demonstration Session
40 minutes session when we will be discussing about: IMCD will be demonstrating how to overcome organoleptic challenges of protein enrichment utilising our formulation expertise to improve mouthfeel, texture and flavour. We will cover a range of protein sources, both animal origin and vegan/plant based and how to obtain the best performance out of them. We will discuss how to select the best proteins for different applications based on their functional properties and the impact that protein fortification can have on the finished product.
