Culinary approach

Our Chefs apply their culinary know-how to translate food trends into functioning and taste-focused concepts.

At IMCD Food & Nutrition, we go beyond by providing our customers with a combination of technical expertise and a chef`s touch, resulting in culinary and trends-led insights, recipe development, and creative inspiration to solve formulation challenges and develop delicious new products.

How can our chefs support you?

Our chefs work closely with selected food manufacturers while also providing insights to the IMCD’s full customer base through video content, promotional packages, one-to-one meetings, and other knowledge-sharing actions.
