IMCD aims to contribute to the resilience and adaptive capacity in local communities to deal with the impact of climate change.
Climate change has become one of the most challenging issues of our age, affecting peoples’ lives in every country on every continent.
In our business activities, we do so by embedding sustainable practices throughout our own organisation to reduce the footprint of our operations. With our Sustainable Solutions program we strive to champion our partners’ journeys towards utilizing more sustainable and innovative solutions to reduce the environmental impact of their businesses as well.
We aim to support projects that improve local community environments and living circumstances, for example by funding sustainability research and education, cleaning-up waste and/or combatting water pollution, planting trees, or reforesting dry, eroded areas.
