Our Food & Nutrition Application Laboratory in Mohammedia, reinforces our position in the Bakery, Dairy and Savoury local markets, by proactively providing our customers with technical support and formulation development.
Inaugurated in December 2022, the application laboratory located in Mohammedia, Morocco, is an expansion of IMCD’s capabilities to support its local business partners. Together with our customers and suppliers, we co-create innovative solutions that respond to the ever-changing food and nutrition market.
From Mohammedia, we offer full formulation support, including workshops and training for our customers and stakeholders. Thanks to our large ingredient portfolio, we develop prototypes that are in line with the most recent food trends, such as plant-based and sugar-reduction, and confirm our position as a reliable partner.

Rajae Manzali
Food Applications Responsible
Rajae is graduating with an Engineer’s degree in Food Industry and a Ph.D. in Food Technology and Quality. She joined IMCD at the beginning of 2022 after working as an R&D Manager in the Bakery industry. With more than 7 years of experience in product development and food technology, she is now applying her knowledge in the bakery and beverages segments to support IMCD customers in the formulation.


Abdessamad Rhamsoussi
Product Manager
Abdessamad holds a degree in Food Industry Engineering. He joined IMCD in December 2019 after having worked as a Commercial and Technical Manager in the ingredients and food additives market for more than 15 years. His experience touches different application segments, and he now supports customers in finding the best solutions.
Youssra El Fouki
Product Manager
Youssra holds an engineer’s degree in Food Sciences. She Joined IMCD in 2020 after working as a Product Manager in two distribution companies. With more than 7 years of technical and commercial expertise in the Food industry and distribution business, she now supports IMCD customers with her expertise and know-how and provides them with technical solutions.
