This new investment will allow us to deliver a world class value-based services for our local customers and clients in the region.
Besides customer trials, the technical team will also concentrate on concepts of shelf stable dairy and dairy alternative beverages. The concept application will be later extended to savoury products such as soups and sauces that can be kept at room temperature for an extended period.
One of the key focus is the mitigation of nutrients loss in the product under high temperature processing. We have the expertise to help our partners overcome this challenge.
