Beauty & Personal Care
The cosmetics industry produces large amounts of waste every year and is striving to find "no-waste" solutions. That's why IMCD Beauty & Personal Care offers upcycling concepts, natural ingredients, and sustainable packaging. Using these special upcycling technologies, we turn seemingly useless by-products or waste from the food industry into new high-quality cosmetic products. Natural oils and butter, for example, are obtained from press residues or fruit pits. Moisturising lecithin is also extracted from soybean residues, making it a high-tech emulsifier.
