Physical data

  • Mixture of straight-chain and randomLy branched saturated alkanes obtained from petroleum, with carbon chain lengths from C31 to C57. Cyclic hydrocarbons may also be present
  • Appearance: White to yellow waxy lumps
  • Melting range: 54 - 102°C
