A good binder and film forming agent. Delivered as 3-dimensional suspension of cellulose fibrils in water (either 2 or 10% concentration in water), forms thin, translucent, strong cellulose film on seeds. Permeable and readily disintegrable. Can reduce dusting of coated seeds and improve plantability.
