Team Members
Roza Markovski - Pharmaceutical Scientist
Joining IMCD in November 2021, Roza is an experienced formulator that has spend more than two decades in the generic research and development area. Her focus areas are formulation development and optimisation of both solid and semi-solid dosage forms with experience in scale up processes and technology transfer, process validation and CTD dossier submission. As a bench formulator with generic manufacturers she also has experience in DOE using MODDE tool for experiments planning.
Christian Mastellotto - Laboratory Technician
Since joining IMCD in 2016, Christian has worked as our laboratory technician and assistant. He is a trained chemical technician with a wide range of experience from various positions in QC laboratories prior. His main areas of interest include coatings, tabletting and taste masking in various types of oral solid dosage forms.
Tugce Cansev - Nutraceutical Scientist
Tugce completed her undergraduate studies in Nutrition and Dietetics in Turkey. During her undergraduate education, she did internships at the University of Toronto (Canada) and the University of Turku (Finland). After her undergraduate studies, she continued her education in Switzerland (Bern University of Applied Sciences) and graduated from the Food, Nutrition and Health Master's program. During her graduate studies, she also worked in the fields of cosmetic formulations and food and beverage research and development. Tugce has published many scientific papers on nutrition and human health in international and national journals and conferences.
Melina Kanehl - Pharmaceutical Scientist
Melina joined IMCD as a Pharmaceutical Scientist in October 2022, after achieving her Bachelor’s degree in the field of technology of cosmetics and detergents and a Master's degree in applied chemistry. Her studies were focused on physicochemical characterisation of multiphase systems (e.g. emulsions) and sustainable and materials Chemistry. She has experience in rheological and calorimetric questions and her focus area are formulation research, development and optimisation of semi-solid dosage forms.
