Chef Ray Janson Tanudjaja is a rising star in the Indonesian culinary scene, having worked in some of the world's best restaurants, such as Noma in Copenhagen, L'atelier de Joel Robuchon in Paris, and Quay Restaurant in Sydney. Now that he is based in Jakarta, he is pursuing his dream of becoming a restauranteur.
