IMCD India colleagues recently participated in an extensive anonymous survey by Great Place to Work® with a purpose to gauge honest employee voice and their experiences. Different parameters such as 'Credibility', 'Respect', 'Fairness', 'Pride' and ‘Camaraderie' were evaluated from employees' lens, post which, IMCD India was recognized as Great Place to Work®. It is indeed a proud moment for us to share the outcome of this survey given that 99% employees actively participated.

Of the total employees who participated in the survey, 96% responded that "They are proud to tell others that they work with IMCD India"; 94% felt "They are offered training & development for further professional growth"; 93% of the employees agreed that "Taking everything into account, IMCD India is a Great Place to Work”.

As part of this assessment, employee responses were measured using Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Employee Survey and IMCD India’s differentiating culture through the Culture Brief© & Culture Audit©.
