IMCD Group ("IMCD" or "Company"), a global leading distribution partner and formulator of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has appointed Geena Malhotra as Managing Director for Signet Excipients in India, effective June 1st, 2024.
Geena will succeed Harish Shah, the founder and current leader of Signet Excipients who after a very successful career as founding partner and lead executive of Signet will embark on other business projects outside IMCD including an advisory role to Signet. We are thankful to Harish, Bina and his dedicated leadership team for building such an outstanding business and for the trust in IMCD Group as the owners.
In her new role, Geena will lead Signet’s strategic growth ambitions, fostering partnerships with new and existing pharma customers and principals, driving innovation, commercial and operational excellence.
Geena has over thirty-seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on research and development, innovation, product development and operations. Before joining Signet, Geena was the Global Chief Technology Officer at Cipla, providing an innovation-driven and patient-centric approach to R&D.
