IMCD raises its EcoVadis score for the fourth consecutive year and receives Gold medal

Press Release
IMCD N.V. ("IMCD" or "Company"), a leading global partner for the sales, distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has raised its 2026 EcoVadis score for the fourth consecutive year, to 85 out of 100 points (2025: 84/100), awarded with the EcoVadis Gold medal. This recognition places IMCD among the top 3% of companies globally assessed by EcoVadis over the last 12 months.
EcoVadis is a globally recognised provider of business sustainability ratings. It evaluates companies' management systems and performance across four themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Its methodology is aligned with leading sustainability standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and ISO 26000.

The 2026 assessment shows progress in the field of ethics and sustainable procurement and recognises a number of strengths in IMCD's environmental practices.

"We are proud of this recognition, which reflects the consistent work taking place across IMCD. Sustainability considerations are firmly embedded in how we operate and make decisions,” says Cecile Westerhuis, Group Director Sustainability at IMCD. "This year’s assessment also gives us useful insight to refine our focus and strengthen our performance further.”
