We keep shareholders, bondholders (as well as potential shareholders and bondholders), ratings agencies, and research analysts informed on the latest developments through our press releases, annual reports, live webcasts, financial reports, presentations and more. We also engage in one-on-one and group meetings with institutional investors, typically at investor conferences and during roadshows.
If a shareholder enters a dialogue with us outside the context of a general meeting, we may ask the shareholder to disclose its full share position at our request.
We observe a closed period of 30 days prior to the publication of financial results. We do not hold any meetings with shareholders or analysts during these closed periods.
