IMCD Group (“IMCD” or “Company”), a global leading distribution partner, and formulator of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has appointed Arturo Hoyo as Managing Director of IMCD Mexico, effective July 25, 2024. He assumes his new role as Miguel Ruiseñor prepares for retirement after leading IMCD Mexico for the past four years.
“Arturo’s extensive experience in chemical and ingredients distribution will further propel our progress and industry leadership in Mexico. With more than 30 years of industry experience, his expertise will further advance our strategy and growth objectives in Mexico,” said Nicolas Kaufmann, LATAM President, IMCD.
Prior to joining IMCD, Arturo held various commercial, technical and senior leadership positions at a range of multinational businesses in Mexico and the United States.

Arturo is Mexican and earned his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and master’s degree in quality engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. As Managing Director of IMCD Mexico, he will report to Nicolas Kaufmann, LATAM President at IMCD.
