2025 Annual Report: Winning together as a team

In these challenging macro-economic conditions, uncertainty around tariffs and geopolitical unrest, we saw softer demand across regions and industries. Despite these, we have focused on keeping IMCD well positioned for future organic growth. In particular, we stabilised our revenue and free cash flow, completed seven acquisitions across segments and regions, invested further in our digital ecosystem, and opened six new or upgraded laboratories in high potential markets.

IMCD addresses climate-related impacts, risks and opportunities together with our customers, suppliers, and other business partners. Across our operations, we aim to reduce our environmental impact by lowering our greenhouse gas emissions.
